This first-person piece reflects on my experience at the New Baptist Covenant. It appeared in the Spring 2008 issue of The Baylor Line, the magazine of the alumni association of Baylor University.

About the Author

Claire St. Amant is a graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing and a minor in Journalism.

Claire was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine and has also lived in South America. She has written for a variety of publications, most notably the Wall Street Journal and the Houston Chronicle.
